I am a Senior Lecturer in English Literature at Loughborough University in the East Midlands of Engand. My research specialism is food in early modern literature, especially the drama of Shakespeare and his contemporaries. I am currently working on my 9th book, on Shakespeare and hospitality in theatre and film.
